Amazing breakfast, they asked what we wanted and just got it...

Amazing breakfast, they asked what we wanted and just got it for us! A 7-Eleven is around the corner on the compound.

More a home stay (room in a flat) than a hotel. You share the bath room with the family. Pool (which is public) was in between two tall buildings so not a lot of sun. Location is off the main road, so not easy to go places.

Great family host

The family that you stay with are so lovely, husband, wife and their little girl. Made us feel so welcome and made us nice breakfast in the mornings. The bed was super comfortable! There’s a 7/11 on the estate.

Apart from the 7/11 there isn’t anything around. 15 min walk to junction with shops/ restaurants. Tricycle can easily be got from end of estate and only costs 10 Pesos per person to the junction. The 2 swimming pools on the estate need to be cleaned, very murky water.

Great value for money for those looking for a basic but homey place to sleep

Arlinda and Ekkehart were such warm hosts. They have a quaint little home and serve a Filipino breakfast. Great value for money!

The restroom was okay and as clean as it could be, but could benefit from an update.

It was a great experience overall

The room was very clean and orderly. The food was great and tasty and most especially, the owners are very accommodating.

The place didn't have enough good view / picturesque for us to enjoy.

Misleading Accommodation

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. A nice, full breakfast was cooked for us every morning when we woke up: coffee, milk, eggs, toast, vegetables and bacon. She even made us mango smoothies one morning! We spent a lot of time in our room using the wifi and the aircon worked really well. The room and bathroom were very clean. She washed, dried and folded our laundry for 100 pesos.

It is not a hotel, hostel, B & B or guesthouse. It was literally a families apartment and they rent out the spare bedroom, so there was no privacy... we even shared the one bathroom with our hosts and another guest who had booked the other spare room. Needless to say, we felt that it was very misleading from the pictures and advertisement. The balcony was attached to the living room so we couldn't enjoy that without disrupting the family who was always in there. There was no tv in the room as advertised. They also have a young child, who was up crying some nights from the storms. The "private pool" was the apartment complex pool so we were sharing that with the hundreds of tenants. The location is not near any restaurants, it was a good 20 minute walk to the mall to get food. It was a 15 minute walk to the closest "beach", which was an overpriced resort that backed up to the sea (no beach).
